The Spring Hill Commerce Center is a planned 950-acre business park in the 65 South submarket of Nashville, TN in the City of Spring Hill. We assembled and purchased the property in phases in February, August, and September 2022. Post-closing, the Team obtained complete zoning and full entitlements for up to 5.7m SF of commercial development and is currently designing, permitting, and securing funding for vertical development and offsite infrastructure improvements.

Richmond’s proposal to relocate the Atlanticare Hospital and redevelop the eight acre site, was selected over 31 other responses to a competitive RFP. Consistent with the requirement to keep all of Atlanticare’s services available to the community, Richmond located an alternative site for Atlanticare then demolished the aging, former Lynn Hospital complex.
